Challenge

Our challenge was to revive the brand by unifying its identity across all channels, including a website refresh. The brand’s lack of a clear definition and inconsistency in its visual elements caused a decline in brand equity. Moreover, although the brand was creating exceptional social content, it was not optimized for the channels, and engaging cornerstone content was not placed on evergreen for maximum impact.

Solution

The solution included a complete website refresh, utilizing an updated brand color palette, fonts, and imagery to align with the owner’s vision. A brand tone (Colorado Bold + Confident) was defined to unify website copy with social content. The website now features the brand’s logo and has been rebuilt on a more robust Enterprise-level framework (Yootheme for WordPress), reducing the reliance on third-party plugins. Google reviews were dynamically incorporated to signal trust, and social feed embeds were added to the website to enhance brand awareness. Complimenting social banner assets were created, and the brand now benefits from an optimized social publishing calendar and post optimization tools, allowing for greater reach and engagement.
